Representative Ikpeazu, who said that he had confidence in
the legal and guideline of law, included that he will advance the decision as
he had educated his legal counselors to promptly document a request against the
said judgment. Representative Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has solicited the
general population from the state not to freeze over the judgment of the
Federal High Court Abuja, conveyed today for Mr. Uche Oga on account of claimed
misrepresentation of expense receipts.
The Governor noticed that as a nominee of Abia State
Government from 2011 to 2014, when he served as the General Manager, Abia State
Passengers Integrated Manifest and Safety Scheme, ASPIMSS, and first Deputy
General Manager, Abia State Environmental Protection Agency, ASEPA, Aba and
environs, before his acquiescence in October 2014 to challenge the governorship
race, his assessments were deducted at source, and when he had need of his duty
leeway in 2014, he connected to the Abia State Board of Internal Revenue, and
was appropriately issued with his expense receipts for the period being
referred to. He kept up that he remains the Governor of the state as indicated
by law and will anticipate the last determination of the matter by the
redrafting courts.
